Usage and Dosage

Adult:

Usually the Initial dose of this product for hypertension treatment is 5mg, once a day, and the maximum dose is 10mg, once a day.
For patients who are small, weak, elderly, or with hepatic insufficiency, the initial dose is 2.5mg once a day; this dose can also be used in combination with other antihypertensive drugs.

Dosage adjustment should be based on individual patient response and target blood pressure. Generally, you should wait 7-14 days before adjusting steps. Dose adjustments can also be made quickly if clinically warranted, with close patient monitoring.

The recommended dose for the treatment of chronic stable or vasospastic angina is 5 to 10mg once a day, and a lower dose is recommended for elderly and hepatic insufficiency patients. The effective dose for most patients is 10mg once a day.

The recommended dose for the treatment of coronary heart disease is 5 to 10mg once a day. In clinical studies, most patients required a dose of 10mg/day.
